    After your first 12 months, your weekly subscription rate will significantly decrease by 60%. For instance, a $25 weekly rate would reduce to just $10.

    Plus, we'll continue to provide our quarterly cleaning service. In the meantime, you've secured your bond clean price, protecting you from inflation.

  • We understand that the unexpected can happen. If you need to move before your first 12 months are complete, we'll take care of your bond clean.

    You'll simply pay the difference between the cost of the bond clean and your current account balance.

  • TenantShield is currently available on Australia's Sunshine Coast, specifically in all areas east of the Bruce Highway, spanning from Noosa down to Caloundra.
