Our team will require electricity to be connected to lighten up dark areas of the house, use warm water and to use tools, such as vacuum cleaners. Please make sure that, if you intend to disconnect the power, you do so AFTER the bond clean.

Absolutely not - we will take care of the cleaning in your absence , but need you to arrange access for us. You can either meet us there at the start, leave the key in agreed spot or we can collect the key from your property manager, if close by.
