Moxy was founded in 2022 with a vision to address three opportunities:
Providing consistent labour resources in a tight labour market
A lack of cleaning companies with the ability to scale
An absence of a consolidated service offering that removes management pains for resort managers and hosts
We have since grown to be the largest provider of Accommodation Cleaning Services on the Sunshine Coast with more than 200 properties under contract for cleaning and linen hire, as well as multiple resort operations.
We focus on our employees as much as our customers and therefore build a solid & high-performing team, while relentlessly focussing on service and making it easy to do business with us.

A global leader in housekeeping operations, Soenke was the founder of Optii Solutions, an AI-driven hotel management platform acquired by MCR Corporation in 2021.
Now back on the Sunshine Coast, Soenke leverages his deep operational expertise to help local resort and Airbnb operators maximise profitability and ensure reliable & consistent supply of qualified team members. By blending advanced workforce management with a strict commitment to fair, award-compliant employment, Soenke solves the region's labor challenges while building a reliable team that operators can trust implicitly.
