Cleaning companies often have a negative reputation for hiring staff on an ABN to avoid weekend penalties, insurance, and superannuation, as well as neglecting to pay for travel time and requiring employees to provide their own tools. Some even pay a fixed fee per property.
Our management team consists of professionals who understand that such short-term strategies are destined to fail in the long run. We value our team and recognise that without us investing in you, we cannot expect you to commit to us. That's why all our team members are directly employed by Moxy, not as subcontractors. We pay applicable penalties (you can earn up to $78 per hour on public holidays), compensate for every minute worked, reimburse you for fuel and handle your tax, superannuation, QLeave and insurance.
